If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver's license.Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Post-Silicon Validation Engineer to join our team in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate will develop and run validation tests for Ethernet network interfaces, work independently to analyze and debug test failures, and create sophisticated programs to automate the testing and debugging processes. This role requires a strong understanding of Ethernet standards and hands-on experience with lab equipment and traffic generators.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute post-silicon validation tests for Ethernet PHY/PCS/MAC interfaces.
• Analyze and debug test failures to identify root causes independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug complex issues involving ASIC, system hardware, and software.
• Program in Python and C to automate testing, regression, and debugging tasks.
• Drive vendors, plan, analyze, and report on validation status with demonstrated ownership and independence.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in Python and C programming languages.
• Proficiency with Ethernet PHY/PCS/MAC standards and technologies.
• Strong experience with lab equipment, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.

Industry Experience: Relevant experience in post-silicon validation within the semiconductor or electronics industry is preferred.
