Postdoctoral research in gamma delta T cell biology Principal investigator: Karen Edelblum, PhD Job Description: The position focuses on research of peripheral and tissue resident gamma delta T cells using murine models of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) with the potential for translational studies in Dr. Karen Edelblums lab ( at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. The candidate will lead independent projects to investigate the molecular mechanisms regulating gamma delta T cell function to identify potential therapeutic opportunities. Interested individuals will be encouraged to develop an independent research program and eventually apply for independent grant funding.
