Setting up Report Service, Report Server, Gateway, Users, Roles, Security, etc. Building out the full PowerBI ecosystem from the ground up following best practices and who can also do dashboarding/reporting. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate - Confirmation of Power BI proficiency. Consider other Azure or data-related certifications based on broader role requirements, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals.
