Job Opportunity: Powersports & Automotive Sales SpecialistLocation: Briggs Bikes & Briggs SupercenterAre you passionate about motorcycles, powersports, and automobiles? Do you have retail sales experience and the ability to manage a thriving showroom? If so, we want you on our team!We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dealership as a Powersports & Automotive Sales Specialist! This position offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of our powersports department while also contributing to the sales of automobiles in our ever growing facilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the powersports showroom, including inventory control and product displays.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and marketed to customers.
  • Drive sales for powersports (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, accessories, etc.) and automobiles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
  • Manage merchandise sales, including pricing, promotions, and stock levels.
  • Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure showroom inventory is current.
  • Assist in vehicle sales, including automobiles, with a focus on closing deals and increasing revenue.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of the dealership, including team coordination, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and attractive showroom.
Qualifications:
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in powersports or automobile sales.
  • A strong passion for motorcycles, powersports, and automobiles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory and maintain showroom appearance.
  • Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
