Job Description :

The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a Practice Group Coordinator to support the Senior Practice Manager of a prominent DC law firm. This is a rewarding opportunity for anyone who wants to build upon their 2+ years of legal administrative experience with a prestigious international law firm.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare financial reports and monitor attorney utilization and financial performance
  • Assist with the preparation of practice group expense budgets
  • Coordinate attorney schedules, trainings and programs
  • Handle logistics and operations for attorney events, retreats and meetings
  • Provide necessary support to Practice Manager with client matters and act as liaison to other practice groups
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience required
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to shift gears and adjust priorities smoothly
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Advanced knowledge of MSOffice

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
