Review the job summary below to see if this position fits you!RequirementsPosition SummaryUnder the general supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations, the Practice Manager plans, organizes and directs the provision of patient access services; helps to establish policies and procedures, standards and departmental objectives; manages all day-to-day clinic functions to include clinic registrations, workflows, and support staff of the practice. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proof of highest level of education completed but not less than high school education or equivalent.
- Three to five years' experience in a supervisory position.
- Three to five years' experience in a health care related field.
- Three to five years' experience in an Outpatient Clinical Setting.
- Three to five years' experience with Rural Health Care Clinics
- Exceptional Leadership Skills with Staff and Physicians'
- Experience with Physician Scheduling, On-Call Scheduling, Physician Relations, and Retention
- Experience with Quality Measures, Financial Performance, Benchmarking, and Customer Relationships.
- Current Arizona Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card (new hires must also complete the application process for this card before being released to their department if applicable).
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of MGRMC staff and support personnel required.
- Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form.
- An understanding of computer systems, process design and data management.
- Must have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Must have the mental and physical ability to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, the essential functions of the job.
- Ability to lift, carry, pull, & push 50 pounds.
- Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal fluency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in related field.
- RN Degree
- Familiar with Employer Agreements and Workmen's; Compensation
- Familiar with CMS and AHCCCS Insurances'
- Meditech Experience
- Track record of teambuilding, process improvement and multi-departmental collaboration.
- Previous Meditech experience or other related electronic records systems.
