Job description:

• Function as a main contact and support for all staff, patients, clients and other parties.
• Responsible for keeping a positive relationship with all client s vendors, and patients.
• Manages tasks related to hiring, staff development, staff performance in collaboration with administration and HR.
• Demonstrates the ability to multitask by providing guidance to staff, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring office is running efficiently.
• Responsible for managing staff and ensuring they are following all company policies and procedures and completing daily duties.
• Provides effective coaching and feedback to all staff and suggest creative ways to resolve related matters.
• Able to communicate and comprehend the needs of employees and provide necessary aid if needed.
• Ability to identify and solve problems independently, with an emphasis on developing proactive approaches while utilizing internal support.
• Understands the site s strengths, challenges and overall productivity to meet administrations expectations.
• Implements processes and develops action plans to improve performance, customer satisfaction, productivity rates and overall operational functions.
• Provides reports on a (monthly/quarterly) basis with commentary outlining reasons for variance in data (productivity, service, etc.)
• Conduct administration duties for office such as scheduling, clerical duties such as onboarding new staff, providing appropriate paper work and handling any other related inquiries from administration or staff.
• Record and communicate trending issues relating to healthcare, performance, technical and operational to administration.
