Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Practice Manager at Honeycomb Clinic in Greater Houston. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring quality patient care. They will also handle administrative tasks, financial management, and coordinate with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Management, Staff Supervision, and Policy Development skills
• Financial Management and Budgeting experience
• Quality Improvement and Patient Care skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software
• Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
