PRACTICE OPERATIONS MANAGER - OBGYN PRACTICE-FT - JEFFERSON REGIONAL : Job Details

HOURS: Mon-Fri, 8a-5pBachelor's Degree in Business Management, or related HealthCare field is preferred. Master's Degree in HealthCare Administration or Business Administration is preferred. Prior management experience in physician clinic setting, including personnel management, coding, billing and collections software, insurance and referrals, as well as knowledge of standards specific to state, federal, and other regulatory requirements preferred. Should possess a competent level of analytical and financial ability.Serves to coordinate the operations of JHA's owned and managed physician practices. Activities include working directly with practice coordinators to achieve coordination, expenses control, personnel control, and project completion as assigned. Duties also encompass working with JHA Administration in successful practice start-ups and acquisitions. Position also is responsible for producing monthly statistical/productivity reports for each practice.Periodic work under a moderate amount of stress. Should possess excellent self-motivation, coordination, time-management, and communication skills. Must have a desire to put full commitment into each and every assignment set forth by JHA. Shall also possess a strong desire to achieve and continue to grow and improve in a long-term career.This position is designated as a safety sensitive position.
