Pre-K Lead TeacherPay: $15-$17/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)Inspire Young Minds & Build Bright Futures!The Boys & Girls Club is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Lead Teacher to guide and nurture 3-year-olds in a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment. • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage learning, creativity, and social skills.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment where children feel supported and engaged.
• Supervise and actively engage with children during all activities, including outdoor play and structured learning time.
• Safely transport children in a club vehicle, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a strong sense of community.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress, and behavior, ensuring compliance with licensing and program requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in preschool education.
• CDA certification or enrollment in Child Care Ladder classes (preferred).
• At least one year of experience in child care, youth programs, or a similar role.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to attend required child care training sessions throughout the year.
