- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage learning, creativity, and social skills.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment where children feel supported and engaged.
- Supervise and actively engage with children during all activities, including outdoor play and structured learning time.
- Safely transport children in a club vehicle, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a strong sense of community.
- Maintain records of attendance, progress, and behavior, ensuring compliance with licensing and program requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in preschool education.
- CDA certification or enrollment in Child Care Ladder classes (preferred).
- At least one year of experience in child care, youth programs, or a similar role.
- Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to attend required child care training sessions throughout the year.
