Job Description :
POSITION SUMMARYProvide high quality customer service and strong customer relationships; service designated customers to meet or exceed sales objectives, follow product rotation and maintain accurate inventories of sold products to ensure customer satisfactionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Schedule regular in-store appointments to increase product sales, including but not limited to, negotiating new product placement, specials, increased shelf space and increased volume.
  • Complete order process and scheduling; ensure order is placed properly and customer commitments are communicated timely and accurately; ensure product flow and service levels meet or exceed customer contract and/or expectations; troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinate and set up advertising and in-store promotions in collaboration with management.
  • Obtain proper authorization and signatures from customers for promotional agreements.
  • Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches current promotions
  • Coordinate with management to schedule in-store brand representatives to sell/promote products.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Management regarding quality of service and deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inventory billing adjustments and reconciliation in collaboration with administration.
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food product or consumer packaged goods sales experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITITES (KSA's)
  • Fully fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Driver's License which meets company requirements.
  • Personal vehicle which meets company standards for licensing and insurance.
  • MVR which meets Sigma driving standards with review by Talent & Culture
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, must be able to communicate effectively.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time to support remote sites, including overnight stays for up to 5 days at a time.
  • Supporting the Columbus-Cleveland, Ohio to Kentucky are
  • Able to work in a cold environment of approximately 34° F for prolonged periods of time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to sit and drive for a full shift of at least 8 hours.
  • Able to stand for at least 4 hours.
  • Can repeatedly twist, turn, kneel, stoop, stand, rotate, bend, push or pull to move 30 pounds.
  • Able to repeatedly move 75 pound load on a cart/hand-truck without assistance.
  • Able to climb up/down, in/out of vehicle.
