Fulton County Health Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Service Center Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients by pre-registering and scheduling their upcoming tests or procedures. The Pre-Service Center Specialist communicates with patients over the phone to verify insurance coverage, assess benefits, and complete pre-registration at least 10 days prior to their service date. Key Responsibilities:Contact patients via phone to pre-register and schedule tests or procedures. Verify insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring compliance with financial clearance policies. Complete patient pre-registration and scheduling at least 10 days before service. Screen patients for financial clearance eligibility and address any questions or concerns.
