Job Description :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Set up blast pot and nozzle equipment. Perform Power-Wash and other pre-painting activities on parts in preparation for painting/fabrication.
  • Apply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products.
  • Use a brush to coat areas as necessary.
  • Utilize instrumentation to measure painting parameters to ensure compliance with OEM specifications.
  • Responsible for the application of industrial coatings in confined spaces.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety habits.
  • Adhere to all OSHA and HazMat Procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area. Responsible for reporting malfunctions of equipment or processing to the supervisor.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirement(s)
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
  • Must be able to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to pass a basic physical with physician.
  • Must be able to pass a Pulmonary Fit Test for respirator wear.
