We are looking for a Precision Optics Engineering Manager who is committed to lifelong learning and creating value through hard work.As the Precision Optics Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the deployment of technical solutions within our engineering team. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), your primary objective will be to coach and develop engineering leaders while establishing systems to support the implementation of technical innovations.Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering leaders, fostering their growth and development.
• Develop and implement systems and processes aimed at efficiently deploying technical solutions within the engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and other senior leadership to align technical initiatives with the company's overall strategy.
• Responsible for ensuring the execution of, the design and optimization of manufacturing processes for precision optics components accurately and efficiently.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the engineering team.
• Act as a liaison between engineering, operations, and quality departments to facilitate seamless integration of technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in coaching and developing engineering leaders.
• Strong background in developing systems and processes to support the deployment of technical solutions.
• Strong background in Precision Optics manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
