Develop and maintain a list of current distributor network and markets they serve.Identify the strengths of the key distributors in each market area along with their industries and/or accounts served.Develop an on-going training schedule to increase our total product representation to key distributors and key markets.Develop marketing incentives based on sales volume of key products to enforce the training provided.Create tools that will assist the distributors in offering our products through their current marketing methods. Example: Create a Web-Express program that can be offered to companies who primarily market through the internet.Consistently provide product updates, graphics and sales information to all distributors through a newsletter and e-mail program.Work with regional manager and sales representatives to measure the performance of distributors as a result of the training and marketing incentives.Plan and coordinate distributor open houses and distributor events hosted by Mitutoyo America Corporation to match our market and product objectives.Consider distributor appreciation events and reward programs to increase the loyalty to Mitutoyo and our products.Develop a policy for handling poor performing distributors with corrective action plans the sales representatives can easily implement.Maintain CRM software.Why choose Mitutoyo?Mitutoyo America Corporation is a leader in the field of precision measuring tools and instruments.
