Full job description Prep Cook is responsible for consistently offering professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues and assisting the culinary leadership on a day to day basis by completing assigned duties and tasks. Duties & Tasks:

• Read, measure, and execute recipes.
• Maintain a solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
• Effectively communicate with management, chefs, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees.
• Exhibits a solid knowledge, understanding and application of various cooking techniques.
• Versatile in preparing both hot and cold items.
• Prepare and service all food items according to hotel recipes and standards.
