Job Location

Dish room, kitchen, serving areas, coffee bar, and off-location as assigned.

Equipment/Machines Used

The incumbent must maintain the skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate the following equipment and machines:

  • Kitchen equipment, i.e., oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, steamer, mixer, and chef's knives. Serving area, i.e., cash register, steam table. Catering areas, i.e., chafing dishes, service setup, beverage dispensers
