Hourly Rate:$14.00 - $16.00/hr

Shift Times:Varies based on client needs

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions while working efficiently under pressure.
• Must have a valid Food Handler Certification.

Duties&Responsibilities:

• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and cheeses to be used in recipes.
• Following recipes to prepare items like sauces, dressings, and marinades, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Organizing and stocking cooking stations with necessary supplies and ingredients for the day's service.
• Utilizing kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, slicers, and ovens.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
