This position involves strategic category management, vendor collaboration, and innovation to provide our guests with trusted, healthy food options that enhance their lives.Key Responsibilities:Category Management:
- Strategically grow the Prepared Foods category in alignment with our commitment to providing healthy, trusted food.
- Analyze trends to keep our offerings innovative and aligned with our community's health needs.
Vendor Relations:
- Foster partnerships with vendors who share our mission, ensuring product quality and sustainability.
- Negotiate terms that reflect our values of honesty and community impact.
Pricing and Promotion:
- Price products to reflect their value and health benefits, ensuring accessibility while maintaining profitability.
- Design promotions that enhance guest experiences and promote healthy living.
Inventory Management and Supply Chain:
- Manage inventory with an eye on reducing waste, supporting our environmental commitment.
- Ensure supply chain practices uphold our standards for community and environmental impact.
Financial Oversight:
- Ensure financial decisions reflect our values, balancing health, community, and environmental impact with business needs.
Team Leadership:

Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise:

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
