Do you want to work somewhere where you can make a difference in young children's lives?We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced preschool educator to lead activities and program for children ages 3 years to 5 years old.A Lead Preschool Teacher for our facility will serve as a role model for our preschoolers and creative a positive, loving, and inviting environment for them, working alongside the Lead Toddler Teacher.A Lead Preschool Teacher will work closely with the other preschool teachers and classrooms to develop an enriching and exciting environment and lessons for our toddler students.We want a teacher that is a creative and a team player that is passionate about working with children and families. Someone who is confident, outgoing, organized, and self-driven, and is excited at the prospect of developing and growing with more teachers with a tight-knit team.Role Responsibilities:

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can play and learn.
• Serve as a role model to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create an inviting environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Minimum Qualifications Needed:

• An associates degree in early childhood education

OR

• A CDA and one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility

OR

• Currently enrolled in school for early childhood education and two years of experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
