Presentation Designer-3rd Shift (Onsite) - Cella : Job Details

Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 45 per hourWe're looking for a talented Presentation Designer to join a well-known financial services company in New York! In this role, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality presentations, pitchbooks, proposals, and financial documents for internal and external clients. This is an overnight shift Monday-Friday, starting at 6pm and ending at 3am, including a 1 hour unpaid lunch. Onsite 5 all 5 days required.Responsibilities:Handle incoming presentation and graphic design requests, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.Create, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files, and documents according to specifications using a range of high-end graphics software.Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines while working independently with minimal guidance.Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards while fulfilling internal clients' need for creative, professional, and high-quality products.Become an expert in Microsoft Office, enhancing and editing presentation materials as required.Accept and incorporate feedback to continuously improve quality and foster innovation and service excellence.Gain knowledge of the deal process and banker roles to better understand document requirements and provide exceptional customer service.Understand and meet quality and timeliness metrics to continually enhance service levels.Maintain high job accuracy and efficiency, adhering to established team procedures and policies, including attendance, time tracking, and security protocols.Qualifications:A background in Design, Marketing and photography is preferred.Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).4-6 years of professional experience in presentation design, preferably in a corporate or financial setting.Strong understanding of visual communication, infographic storytelling, and design concepts.Positive, professional, and diplomatic attitude.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Flexibility in accepting feedback and implementing it effectively.Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Photography, ArcGIS, 3D Modeling, Illustration, or Animation is a plus!JOB ID: 1068241#LI-CELLA#LI-HH1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
