About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Head of School to serve as its Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and translating the policies set forth by the Board of Directors into operational procedures, providing leadership to the school, and maintaining a relationship of trust and respect with the Board. This role requires a leader who has received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, exhibits a mature faith, and can effectively articulate their faith and witness. The ideal candidate will also hold at least a Master's Degree from an accredited institution, have a proven track record of success in a high leadership role within a Christian school or ministry, and meet the qualifications of the company's accrediting institutions. The President and Head of School will be tasked with the day-to-day operation of the school, ensuring that the institution's mission, vision, and values are upheld. They will serve as an ex-officio member of the Board and all Board committees, and must be committed to seeking God's wisdom and direction for the school. The role is pivotal in creating and implementing procedures that align with the Board's policies, and in representing the Board to the staff and the staff to the Board. A strong background in educational leadership, a deep understanding of the Christian faith, and a commitment to the values and ethics of the institution are essential for this position.
