This leader will drive operational excellence and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the content creative and production process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. Overseeing a large, dynamic team across on-shore, near-shore, and offshore resources, the Content Hub Operations Lead will help define and implement workflows, governance frameworks, and escalation pathways, while championing the Content Hub's interests in cross-functional team and client interactions. With a focus on leveraging core systems/technology (including Adobe Workfront/Work Management) and optimizing operations, the ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing large-scale content creation and production operations, leading sizable teams, and coordinating with various departments to deliver high-quality derivative content. The main focus of the Content Hub is adapting and repurposing core content into multiple formats and channels to meet business objectives and maximize impact, driving content excellence and speed and scale. Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Team Structuring: Design and implement a scalable Content Hub model optimized for operations across on-shore, near-shore, and offshore teams. Define and document roles, responsibilities, and processes for internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accountability, and efficient handoffs. Inclusive of internal and external playbooks in partnership with leadership and transformation team Build and manage large-scale teams (100+ people) across multiple agencies and locations to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Create an always-on operational model to maximize efficiency across geographical resources and optimize the end-to-end content production process. Establish governance frameworks to ensure quality, compliance, and timely issue resolution, with documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Drive continuous improvement using performance metrics, industry best practices, and technology advancements to optimize workflows, quality control, and resource utilization. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the Content Hub's representative with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to align content strategies with business goals. Act as a liaison between internal/external teams and agencies to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication of expectations. Manage stakeholder relationships, gathering feedback and advocating for the Content Hub's interests in strategic discussions. Technology & Innovation: Full understanding and familiarity with Adobe Workfront being our main workflow platform Evaluate and maintain this with our Transformation team and other collaboration tools that support a distributed workforce, ensuring the tech stack aligns with operational goals. Stay informed on industry trends, especially within pharma, to introduce innovative solutions that drive Hub effectiveness. Workflow & Demand Management: Co-lead workflows from ideation to production, and approval processes, to ensure timely and consistent content delivery. Collaborate on resource estimation and demand forecasting to optimize staffing and manage resources across content teams and agencies. Leadership & Team Development: Build and maintain a high-performing, diverse team capable of agile and resilient content production at scale, fostering a connected, collaborative environment. Lead with an agile and adaptable mindset, ready to pivot quickly to address complex requests, and mentor junior members through complex tasks. Establish training and onboarding programs for internal and cross-agency teams, promoting continuous learning and skill development within the content hub. Financial Management & Budgeting: Co-manage the Content Hub budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial goals across projects and initiatives. Track and report financial metrics with cross-functional leads, ensuring alignment with cost-efficiency and ROI objectives. Change Management & Quality Control: Drive change management efforts to streamline content operations, introducing processes and protocols that enhance efficiency in resource, time, and cost. Oversee quality control across content deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Knowledge Management & Documentation: Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs, best practices, and process documentation to support knowledge transfer and ensure operational consistency. Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams, helping establish agency Agile processes and protocols, and support onboarding and training Content Hub teams Qualifications Required: Experience: 10+ years of experience in content production, operations, or project management - ideally with some experience with derivative content (e.g., adapting core content for multiple formats, channels, and regions). Leadership: Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams (onshore and offshore) and oversee multi-brand/product portfolios, valued at $30M+. Operational Expertise: Strong background in managing workflows for content adaptation, repurposing, and distribution. Adobe Workfront Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Adobe Workfront to manage content production workflows, track tasks, resources, and deadlines. Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to deliver derivative content aligned with business goals. Technology and Modern Marketing Platforms Understanding /Proficiency: Such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Digital Asset Management (DAM) and content automation platforms. Budget & Resource Management: Experience managing budgets, staffing, and resources, with the ability to track and adjust resource allocation through Adobe Workfront. Change Management: Proven experience leading process improvements and change initiatives, utilizing Adobe Workfront to enhance operational efficiency. Nice to Have: Familiarity with agile methodologies for content operations and adaptation. Familiarity with modular content and derivative content. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
