Its primary goal is to enhance business models through innovative strategies and practices. A key initiative involves introducing a rental offering, which allows contractors to differentiate themselves in a competitive market.
THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
Strategy
- Deliver the annual budget and business plan for the local brand, ensuring accountability for financial, quality, and employee development performance.
- Position the brand as an employer of choice by promoting core values and enhancing recruitment and development processes.
- Achieve and maintain a Top 3 market ranking based on excellent service and quality.
- Foster a culture of excellence by implementing best practices and capturing group synergies.
- Manage the introduction of new business lines such as plumbing and water treatment.
- Stay informed on local market trends and dynamics, responding proactively as needed.
- Strategically support IT, financial, and operational processes for continuous improvement.
YOUR BACKGROUND
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
- General Manager or President experience with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of business expansion, particularly into new services or geographical areas.
- Experience in driving operational processes and systems to improve decision-making through KPIs.
- Sales and operations expertise is essential, with M&A experience as a plus.
- Strong background in retail service and residential services.
- Familiarity with managing teams in a structured environment while maintaining high employee engagement.
LOCATION
New York
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Salary Range: $150,000 - $225,000
Bonus: $50,000 based on EBITDA growth, maintenance agreement growth, and safety measures.
