The President is responsible for overseeing the full P&L and balance sheet performance of a waste management company operating in the metro-Pittsburgh area, which includes front-load, roll-off, and tractor/trailer hauling, a 500-ton-per-day transfer station, and maintenance facilities. With approximately 50 employees, the President's initial priorities include optimizing operations to improve service, safety, maintenance, compliance, and route efficiencies, while driving margin expansion. Longer-term goals involve executing a five-year growth plan to triple the business through market expansion, new business lines, and acquisitions. The role requires extensive leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise, with a minimum of 15 years in the solid waste industry and 3 years of P&L management experience. Compensation includes a $200K base salary, a 50% target bonus, equity incentives, and relocation support.
