About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to lead its institution with a focus on academic excellence, leadership, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, collaborative, and visionary leader, responsible for sustaining and building upon the institution's success, promoting its distinctive quality, and developing a shared vision for growth and sustainability. This role demands an individual who can think innovatively and creatively about the challenges and opportunities in higher education, and who is committed to the values of the institution. The President will serve as the Chief Executive Officer, providing empowering leadership and direction for all external and internal affairs, and will be the principal advisor to the Board of Trustees.Candidates for the President position at the company should preferably possess an advanced/terminal degree and have a proven track record in senior leadership roles, either within a college/university setting or in comparably complex organizations. The role requires a leader who can oversee a diverse range of areas, including operations, strategic initiatives, enrollment, communication, marketing, academic affairs, finance, student affairs, advancement, and athletics. The ideal candidate will be prepared to take on the responsibilities of the role in summer 2025 and must be dedicated to the mission of preparing graduates to be critical thinkers, generous servers, purposeful leaders, and responsible stewards of the world.
