The Company is seeking a President for its organization, a key leadership role with a focus on clinical, operational, and financial accountability. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care and will work to align the medical group with the broader healthcare system. This includes leading the professional medical component, enhancing infrastructure, operating processes, and provider engagement. The role demands a contemporary leader with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a multi-specialty medical group, a strong background in group practice operations, and a proven track record in physician recruitment and integration. The President will also be tasked with strategic planning, practice evaluation, and fostering a culture of engagement and professional satisfaction.Candidates for the President position at the company must hold an MD/DO (or equivalent) and have completed postgraduate medical education with current Board Certification. An advanced degree in healthcare management or business administration is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of physician practice management, ambulatory care operations, and a broad knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, and strategic planning. Leadership skills should include being a forward-thinking, innovative, and transformative leader with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
