About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for its Physician Network and Ambulatory Enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving a culture that prioritizes provider and employee engagement, as well as integration across the physician enterprise. This role is pivotal in increasing cohesion between geographically dispersed clinics and practitioners, with a strong focus on the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The President will also be instrumental in the development and strengthening of clinical leadership, particularly in the area of dyad leadership, and will work in partnership with the system executive team and regional hospital leadership.Candidates for the President position must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with an MD or DO strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in large multi-specialty medical groups and employed medical group settings is required, along with a proven track record in provider engagement, access, infrastructure, standardization, quality, and financial performance. The role demands a leader with knowledge and experience in payor quality initiatives and population health models, and the ability to work successfully in a complex, multi-hospital healthcare system. Responsibilities include developing provider recruitment and retention strategies, managing provider contracts and compensation models, and engaging in system-wide initiatives to optimize patient and physician access.
