About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its commercial growth, clinical product development, and investor relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's revenue growth, supporting current pipeline opportunities, and contracting with leading health systems, health plans, and strategic partners. This role requires a focus on commercial growth, including increasing overall revenue, serving as an external subject matter expert, and engaging with current clients to ensure retention. The President will also lead the clinical product team, providing guidance on the product roadmap, and helping define the overall product and AI strategy. Additionally, the role involves participating in board meetings, investor meetings, and shareholder calls, as well as assisting with financing plans and establishing relationships for future funding.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of clinical practice and leadership experience in a healthcare organization, with at least 5 years in a sales role. Strong consultative skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a willingness to travel are essential. A background in product and healthcare IT industry knowledge, with a focus on clinical quality or health equity, is required. A medical degree, board certification, and a medical license in good standing are preferred, with alternative healthcare professional degrees being considered. Experience in healthcare tech and growth-stage companies, as well as a proven track record in capital raising, are also desirable. The ideal candidate will have C-level gravitas and be comfortable engaging with boards, investors, and management teams.
