This position is onsite.The salary for this position is $50k - $65k.The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices and statements in alignment with client agreements and contract terms.
• Monitor, maintain, and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries about invoices and payments.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies to avoid delays.
• Perform other duties as needed.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
