If you're passionate about precision manufacturing and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Job Description:As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality components. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating press brakes and related machinery, selecting and installing appropriate tooling and fixtures, and performing inspections to confirm that all parts meet the required specifications. A keen eye for detail is essential, as you'll be using precision measuring instruments to ensure every part aligns with our design requirements.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate press brakes and associated machinery for production.Select and install the correct tooling and fixtures for each job.Perform first piece inspections to ensure parts meet design specifications.Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring tools, including coordinate measuring devices (CMMs).Required Skills:Proficient in setting up and operating press brakes.Strong experience with tooling installation, adjustment, and setup.Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Job Type:This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term career growth opportunities.Location:This position is based in Clarence, New York, and requires on-site work.Work Environment:You will be working in a machine shop environment where dust, grease, and metal shavings are typical. For your safety, personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots will be required. This is a second-shift position, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
