D.R. Tech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Press Brake Operator. This critical role is integral to our operations, requiring a candidate with a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. D.R. Tech Inc., located in Grantsburg, WI, is a custom metal fabrication shop that specializes in building equipment for the food and dairy industry.Responsibilities:Set up and operate press brake machine to bend, fold, and shape stainless steel components according to engineering specifications.Set up and operate sheet metal roller to form stainless steel according to specifications.Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to ensure accurate production.Monitor machine operations, adjusting as needed to maintain product quality.Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Operate forklift and various power tools safely and effectively.Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications:Proven experience as a press brake or metal rolling operator.Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.Familiarity with CNC machinery and programming.Strong attention to detail and precision in work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in metal fabrication.Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.Physical ability to lift heavy materials.Strong problem-solving skills.Competitive pay based on experience.Health insurance.401(k) match.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.D.R.
