NATIONAL FRUIT PRODUCT COMPANY, INC.WINCHESTER, VIRGINIAPOSITION: Master Press / Filter TechnicianDEPARTMENT: Pressing/Filtering DepartmentSHIFT INTENTION: 1st ShiftDESCRIPTION: Able to operate the ultra filtration, pressing, thermal, chilling and sanitation process for the ultra filter and Bucher presses.Chemical safety for tank, tanker, presses, filters cleaning and sanitizing.Prepares paperwork for quality assurances, raw materials usage, millipore cleaning and chemical inventory.Certified in towmotor operations and flavor evaluation program.Performs minor repairs and adjustments on all pressing equipment and is responsible for informing management of repairs or repair parts needed in order to maintain maximum mechanical efficiency.Performs all liquid analytical functions in filtration dept.Has operational knowledge on pressure and vacuum filter, concentrator, liquid piping system for liquid conveying and running polygallons.Loads and transports pomace trucks and unloads pulp tankers as needed.Responsible for other assigned duties to include but not limited to housekeeping, safety, etc. NOTE: Job duties are detailed and demanding in nature.#J-18808-Ljbffr
