POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Press operators are responsible for printing quality product according to job specifications while maintaining a high productivity standard. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Set-up and run press to meet job specifications • Ensure set-up meets specifications • Operate press at most efficient speed with consideration of all safety requirements • Perform minor machine repairs as needed • Monitor print quality and make needed adjustments • Perform daily housekeeping in and around press machinery • Fill out daily production reports REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: • Attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Superior teamwork skills • Mechanical aptitude • Ability to train others • Good knowledge of math and ruler reading BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) EEO Statement Iconex enthusiastically engages with our communities of employees and customers every day.
