This individual will be responsible for operating a flexographic press, ensuring high-quality output of printed materials, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate will possess 2years of roll-to-roll, wide web flexo press experience, and the ability to work independently. Apply online and kick-start your career today!Pay, Schedule, and LocationPay:$22/hour, paid weeklySchedule:2nd Shift:2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday3rd Shift:10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Monday to FridayLocation:Crystal Lake, ILBenefits:Excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, and VisionDuties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure high-quality output of printed materialsDirect and monitor the activities of crew members if a helper is packing products off pressReview job packets to determine production needsEnsure accurate completion of all related paperworkConfirm that the department has adequate suppliesClean inking rolls with solvent, using protective gloves, and replace them in the press using hand toolsPerform additional duties as requestedRequirements and QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required2years of roll-to-roll, wide web (minimum of 40 wide) central impression Flexo press operator experience requiredAbility to read and interpret measurements up to a 16th of an inch using a ruler or tape measureAbility to occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds without assistanceAbility to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightnessPhysically active, with abilities including fingering, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, climbing, squatting, walking, lifting, pulling, and bending (This person is on their feet for the entire shift)Must live within a 40-minute drive of the Crystal Lake location(Salary range based on experience)ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
