Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to operate and maintain our Halm Jet Press. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the printing industry, with specific expertise in operating Halm Jet Press machinery. You will be responsible for setting up, running, and troubleshooting the press, ensuring the highest print quality, and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Halm Jet Press to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Monitor print runs to ensure consistent output and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the press to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and press performance.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience operating a Halm Jet Press or similar printing equipment.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of press operation, print setup, and troubleshooting.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of diagnosing and resolving issues quickly to minimize production delays.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a production team.
