As a dynamic organization with a global presence, our passion & determination to design, manufacture, and sell the highest quality products across a diverse set of industries is what we do.What you'll do: You will be trained as a Press Operator, and part of a team. You will develop a working knowledge and troubleshooting skill set for equipment, while gaining responsibility for the operation of the press operation and associated programs. Positions require availability and flexibility to work any shift in our 24/7 schedule, and there are openings on multiple shifts.
  • A-Shift 7am-7pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & every other Wednesday
  • B-Shift 7pm-7am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & every other Saturday
  • C-Shift 7am-7pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & every other Wednesday
  • D-Shift 7pm-7am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & every other Saturday
Who you are:
  • Always prompt and dependable. Often display extra effort to maximize machine uptime.
  • Capable of learning and diagnosing fundamental process issues.
  • You are quality and safety conscious.
  • You have an attention to detail and are thorough with your work.
  • You have a high level of mechanical aptitude.
  • You are able to troubleshoot, solve problems and focus on meeting deadlines.
What you have:
  • Minimum of one-year applicable machine operation experience, mechanical aptitude required.
  • Experience with coating and web conveyance experience required.
  • Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures, specs and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid PC skills.
  • Knowledge of coating defects and coating quality standards a plus
  • Forklift certification a plus.
