WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Under the supervision of the Terra Cotta Superintendent, this position supports the pressing department; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience preferred.

• Requires on the job training to perform essential duties assigned.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Must be able to communicate efficiently with peers and superiors.
• Ability to use and operate a personal computer, spreadsheet and word processing software, copier, company terminal, calculator, 10-key adding machine, facsimile machine, multiple phone lines, and any other office equipment required to perform duties.
• Basic Math is required.
• Requires excellent written and oral communication, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be able to make reasonable decisions.
• Must be able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to read tape measures, full size, and schedules
• Predictable and regular attendance is required, including weekends and overtime as required.
