Pricing Analyst MW Logistics is currently positioning itself for growth. We are currently seeking individuals for the position of Pricing Analyst to join our team. The Core responsibilities of the position include:
- Organize and prioritize RFP requests in CRM and ensure all data is uploaded and up to date.
- Manage bid cycle including RFP process, awards and rate contracting phases.
- Compile customer bid data and incorporate analytical data from established tools to help determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Work with operations to provide spot quotes to customers in a way that maximizes revenue.
- Support sales, operations, and customer service and ensure all contract info is current and communicated efficiently.
- Create, analyze, and maintain pricing reports, audits, statistical analysis, and business intelligence reports.
- Other responsibilities as provided.
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years pricing experience required. Transportation or Logistics Experience preferred.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; ability to meet deadlines.
- Must possess effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Bachelor's Degree Required (Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain/Logistics).
- Microsoft BI experience required.
- Expert knowledge in Excel (V-look-up/Pivot table a must), Python and SQL.

Office: Hours: In-office, 8:00am - 5:00 pm. A one-hour lunch between 11:00 am - 1:00pm as scheduled by department leadership to ensure ongoing coverage. As a 24/7/365 operation, must be available to work after hours, weekend and holiday hours as needed to meet work demands. Physical requirements: Sedentary - Involves lifting articles weighing no more than 10 pounds at a time or occasionally lifting or carrying articles such as docket files, ledgers, or small tools; and despite involving sitting on a regular basis, may require walking or standing on an occasional basis. Working conditions: Office environment.
