• Additional Info: You will play a key role in delivering exceptional psychiatric care, providing administrative support, and direct care to patients.Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients, provide psychiatric assessment/care and health education services; assess psychological impact of illness and treat appropriately.- Prescribe medications including controlled substances utilizing evidence-based medicine.- Provide consultation to nurses to triage patients who call or walk into the Health Center.- Work closely in collaboration with BH and primary care clinicians around referrals generated for medication evaluation, and follow medication management visits.Qualifications:- MA license- Prior ambulatory experience preferred- Experience in a diverse culture preferred- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
