Job DetailsWe're looking for an individual that has experience building powerful and complex AI systems from start to finish. This person won't be a stranger to difficult problems, and will find clever and innovative ways to move through technical bottlenecks.Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI-powered systems by guiding the implementation of LLMs to process complex data.
• Bridge the gap between unstructured behaviors and find ways to increase accuracy across our AI models.
• Implement self-learning AI systems that continuously learn and improve from their own outputs, and human feedback
• Utilize intelligent error detection to flag potential errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies to trigger self-correction processes

Qualifications

• 10 + years of total experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Extremely Fluent with Python, and other AI tools associated; NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Must have a compelling portfolio of complex, large-scale AI projects, preferably in the B2B space.
• Demonstrated ability working on AI systems that continuously learn from their own outputs, and human feedback
• Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Systems Engineering, or a relevant field is highly preferred
