Onsite Requirements: up to three days a week. Relocation is provided if outside of commutable distance.

As a Senior Leader in Axtria's Business and Cloud Information Management Practice, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions using cutting-edge data warehouse and cloud technologies. You will lead client engagements, drive delivery excellence, and foster long-term business growth while overseeing a dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Delivery Management:
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction across a portfolio of strategic projects implemented by Axtria.
  • Lead small to large-scale client engagements, ensuring on-time, quality delivery of solutions.
  • Drive account management to grow Axtria's business, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic input into Axtria's ongoing solution development and innovation initiatives.
Technology Leadership:
  • Lead end-to-end technology delivery, from initial planning to execution, ensuring technical excellence.
  • Demonstrate broad technical leadership, influencing solution design and driving strategic change both internally and externally.
  • Identify client issues and gaps and recommend data warehouse, business intelligence, and big data solutions that align with both immediate and long-term business needs.
Solution Development & Innovation:
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design innovative, scalable solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead development on cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Azure) and big data technologies, ensuring cutting-edge solutions are implemented successfully.
  • Provide technical consultation on best practices for big data architecture, project scoping, and client needs assessments.
Team & Talent Management:
  • Lead a diverse team of onshore and offshore associates, setting goals, providing performance feedback, and ensuring their ongoing development.
  • Oversee medium- to long-term talent management, including succession planning and recruitment to build a high-performing team.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, mentoring, and professional growth.
Business Development & Consultative Selling:
  • Actively contribute to pre-sales efforts, developing custom solutions to meet client needs and leading use case demonstrations.
  • Partner with business development teams to create winning proposals, respond to RFPs, and write white papers that showcase Axtria's expertise in big data and cloud technologies.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in cloud data/analytics projects involving platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and BI tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
  • Expertise in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience as a Lead Architect or Delivery Manager on multiple large-scale, end-to-end projects involving Big Data solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, data warehouse architecture, and various software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Advanced skills in data modeling (both relational and dimensional), with a proven ability to design and implement effective data solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of $10M+ with full P&L responsibility.
  • A confident leader and team player, with exceptional communication skills to effectively engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Client relationship management expertise – you are a trusted advisor who can seamlessly navigate client organizations and deliver impactful results.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS Professional/AWS Associate level) and Azure cloud experience are highly preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA, Master's Degree, or PhD preferred.
  • Certification in AWS (Professional or Associate level); Azure certification is a plus.
