Looking for a Principal Software Engineer who has a strong understanding of database technologies and experience building enterprise cloud-enabled distributed systems. We are looking for individuals who continually strive to advance engineering excellence and technology innovation.

• Expertise writing Oracle SQL and PLSQL code, performing data analysis, data modelling, designing and implementation of data APIs and performance tuning.
• Expertise writing and maintaining batch jobs with technologies like ETL/Informatica and Autosys.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.
• Experience following ATDD (acceptance test-driven development) and writing automated tests for database code.
• Experience with cloud technologies is a bonus: Snowflake, S3.
• Interest in writing clean, testable, readable, easily maintainable, and performant code.
• Knowledge in mid-tier technologies like Java, messaging technologies, web container, and understanding how they interact with data.
• Comfortable working in an Agile software delivery environment, with exposure to continuous integration and continuous delivery tools.
• Ability to translate storyboards and use cases into applications that give Fidelity a strategic edge with critical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes & tools and are passionate about delivering high-quality software.
• Providing leadership guidance and mentorship to empower team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential.
