- Dynamic Work Environment: Engage in the design and planning of upgrades to critical electrical infrastructure across a portfolio of 50+ buildings, totaling approximately 6 million square feet of space.
What You'll Do:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and accountability for electrical engineering designs on capital projects and engineering services.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with various project teams, including project managers, design vendors, and Alliance Partners, to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- Innovative Solutions: Bring your knowledge and expertise to bear on new technologies, best practices, and standards to deliver exceptional project designs.
- Client Interaction: Engage with the client's internal and external network to learn and collaborate on new technologies and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years of bio-pharmaceutical technology experience and at least 8 years of direct involvement in electrical system design, construction, and/or commissioning.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, strategic agility, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a good working knowledge of project design and construction.
- Team Player: Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills to facilitate the work of cross-functional and interdepartmental teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of electrical codes and design standards, including NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and OSHA standards.
- Sustainability Focus: Experience with energy use reduction projects and pharmaceutical GMP project design.
- Certifications: LEED/WELL/Fitwel certification preferred.
Work Environment:
- Physical Demands: Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, talk, hear, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible Schedule: Overtime may be necessary, including weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Client Sites: Job duties will generally be performed at a client's office, site, production facility, or industrial/construction job site
