MUST-HAVES:

Job Description:

A growing pharmaceutical company is looking for a Generative AI Engineer to join their team on a hybrid basis, either in West Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA. This position reports to the Executive Director of AI and Data Science and will play a key role in integrating AI technologies to drive innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. The engineer will be responsible for developing and managing the Generative AI roadmap, defining and implementing strategies for leveraging Generative AI within the organization, creating technical standards and blueprints for Generative AI scenarios, and leading prompt engineering efforts to optimize LLM performance. A strong theoretical background and extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and statistical modeling are required. The ability to work cross-functionally is essential, as this is a highly collaborative role. The AI efforts will primarily focus on commercial and medical affairs functions.
