We're working with a company building a decentralized healthcare AI ecosystem for biodata. By combining AI-powered blockchain technology with bioethics, they give patients full control over their personal data while streamlining research for healthcare professionals. There is also a pathway to management as the AI team grows.

Responsibilities

• Architect state-of-the-art ML models and infrastructure to automate metadata mapping and search.
• Build and deploy NLP solutions to enhance data integration and query functionality.
• Collaborate with a data scientist to scale pipelines for biodata onboarding.
• Work on ML and blockchain product development within healthcare.
• Shape the technical roadmap and mentor future team members as the team scales.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering.
• Proven ability to build and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and applications.
• Comfort in creative, 0-to-1 product-building environments.
• Degree not essential—experience and expertise matter most.
