Out of state driving records must be obtained by the applicant and presented at time of interview. - Performs a variety of maintenance and operational tasks to support facilities, special events, athletic fields, and surrounding grounds.
- Assists with HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing, locksmithing, and other trade-related work.
- Operates and maintains tools and equipment.
- Supports department-related special events, including set-up and breakdown.
- Communicates effectively.
- Works in various outdoor conditions performing physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting, prolonged standing, squatting, twisting, stretching, and crawling.
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers, contractors, and team members.
- Perform other work as required.
This position is a part of an approved Career Development Plan (CDP) and offers career progression opportunities and salary incentives, as funding permits, based on performance, qualifications, and experience.
