Principal Product Manager – NYC /San Fran / Seattle - FinTechWe have been engaged by a scale up fintech who are building the next generation payment and loyalty system who are looking for an experienced Product Manager from the Fintech industry to join their ever-expanding team.We are only looking for applicants in New York. San Fran or Seattle, to work on a hybrid model in the office 2-3 days a week. The business, a Series B fintech start-up founded 6 years ago have circa 110 employees and have secured $75 million in funding. This is a business-critical position where you:Will take ownership of their service & automation processes Set the vision for the product, Define the automation product roadmapCreate world class customer experiences across web, mobile, app, chat, phone, etc.Communicate confidently with operational stakeholders Will thrive on being involved in the execution of new technology, processes and automation. To be successful you will be expected to have the following experience:Product Management experience in a FinTech / Payment companySignificant experience collaborating with stakeholders (Operations/Product/Design/Engineering)Managing cross functional stakeholder groups and getting buy in on projectsBuilding and defining product roadmaps in an ambiguous environment, touching ops and financeStrong “bias for action” - Launch & ExecutionIn return the company are offering a salary of $180,000 - $230,000 plus equity, unlimited vacation and fully covered private healthcare + many more great benefits!Discipline(s): Other IT JobsJob type: Permanent
