Since the business launched in 2021, they have had incredible growth; establishing offices in both London and New York, with 40+ employees. They have an external board of 4 diverse C-Suite professionals from industry who are brilliant advisors and strategists. In the 20 years before starting this business, the Founder has built and developed 2 businesses from $0 to $30million+ turnover across the technology sector in both the US and UK - he is a brilliant leader all round.

The company has a perm, contract and delivery team, and are hiring across all levels. They are relationship focused, driven by long-term partnerships and their ethos is all about PEOPLE FIRST both employees and clientele.

Compensation and OTE

Their career progression and earning potential is transparent.

Base salaries:

Senior $75K-80K

Principal $85K-90K

AVP $88K-95K

VP $90K-100K

SVP $100K-115K

EP $115K-125K

President $125K-150K.

Commission:

Monthly

$4K-$20K = 10%

$20K+ = 20%

Quarterly Top-Up

$60K-$100K additional 10%

$100k+ additional 20%

Job Role:

• Develop new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with clients in the cleantech and sustainability sectors.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing value-added solutions and offering a podcast platform for industry thought leadership.
• Sell advisory services and project-based recruitment solutions, positioning the company as a trusted talent partner.
• Identify, headhunt, and support top candidates, ensuring the best talent is matched with client needs.
• Add value to the recruitment process by offering market insights, talent strategies, and innovative recruitment approaches.
