THE ROLE – PRINCIPAL - TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIST

This is a strategic leadership role focused on modernizing and optimizing the organization's technology landscape to support growth and operational excellence.

Develop and execute a long-term technology strategy, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and performance

Assess existing systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for optimization and implementing new solutions to drive innovation

Introduce and integrate technologies that align with evolving business and data needs

Communicate technology initiatives to executive leadership, securing buy-in for transformation projects

Build, lead, and scale a high-performing technology team in alignment with organizational growth

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure technology supports strategic priorities

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Proven experience leading technology transformation and modernization initiatives

Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Track record of executing strategic technology roadmaps to drive efficiency and innovation

Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise software systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
